Cancellation Policy
• A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule.
• Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in loss of the deposit.
• Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged a cancellation fee in addition to forfeiting the deposit.
• Cancellations without rescheduling may be subject to a percentage-based fee of the remaining service total.
